“Spiritual development is not so much about what you know, but who you are.” George Barna
Romans 15:13 "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
The Senior Adult Ministry at Good Shepherd is designed to reach senior adults for Jesus Christ through Worship Service times, Bible Studies, and fellowship opportunities.
Worship on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am (Traditional Service) or 10:30 (Contemporary Service)
Sunday Morning Bible Study (8:00 am) is a time where senior adults come together to learn about God's word, meet fellow believers, and share a time of fellowship. We offer several classes to meet the needs of senior adults, including combined Bible studies and individual Men's and Women's Bible Studies.
Service opportunities allow individuals to become actively involved in sharing God's love and the gospel to our church community and beyond. There are many activities for seniors to be involved in such as community projects, ministry teams, prayer, and mission groups.
The Senior Adult Ministry provides numerous activities for seniors to encourage growth and development with individuals of similar ages through social events, serving together, and outreach opportunities.
