Tired of Doing Life Alone?
Do you often feel like no one cares or that no one knows the struggles you face day to day? Do you ever wonder to whom you would turn if you need prayer or assistance in any way? Do you desire a moment of respite in your busy life? Do you need a good hug, a good friend or a good laugh?
God can provide for these needs and desires through the fellowship you experience by being in a small group. A small group is 4-10 people meeting regularly to study the Bible, pray and enjoy one another.
Here are some things that being in a small group can provide:
- an opportunity to increase your relationship with Jesus through Christian friendship, prayer, and Bible Study
- a sense of family or community
- a safe place to share life’s struggles
- a place to feel connected, cared for and needed
- delicious food
- people who truly love you
- people who will pray for and with you
- a place where you can be built-up and encouraged
- an avenue for accountability
- an environment that reveals your ministry potential
If you need or want any of these things then a small group might be for you!
If you are interested in getting involved or you have more questions, please call the church office at (763) 783-8417, or email Kristine Sherman, Small Group Ministry Coordinator
